Trail to the Empty Tomb

Trail to the Empty Tomb – New Market Baptist Church in New Market, TN will have its annual Trail to Empty Tomb. This presentation is during Holy Week. Starting on Thursday (Maundy Thursday); Friday (Good Friday) to Saturday and even Sunday, the day of the Resurrection. Jesus arose the third day after the crucifixion.

The Trail to the Empty Tomb at New Market Baptist Church will be March 28, 29 & 30, 2024 8-9:30 or until the last car drives thru.

Trail to the Empty Tomb

In 2012, was my first time going. We went with our Bible Study. We went to New Market Baptist Church to see their Trail to Empty Tomb Drive-Thru Easter Drama. We also watched the movie Apostle Peter Last Supper. That was a great movie and a must see! Below are a few of the pictures taken from the 2012 presentation.

I think it was a very good production.

You drive through to each scene. They give you a CD to listen to as you go from scene to scene. New Market Baptist Church does this every year during the Holy Week of Easter (Resurrection). If you don’t have a CD player in the car, they will loan you a boom box so you can still hear the message. The message of Jesus’s life; His Death; His Burial and His Resurrection.

I highly recommend that you go to this.

I plan to try to go see this again. I believe I have gone a few times since 2012.

This is a free event!

They do take up a love offering, but you do not have to give, but if you felt led to give, please do so. Some come discover the trail that pathway that leads to the death, burial and resurrection of our Savior Jesus Christ.
